What is EPA-DHA 4VEG?
EPA-DHA 4VEG is the only available vegan based option offering both EPA and DHA omega3 fatty acids. EPA and DHA have been linked with the following:

Vegans will commonly find themselves dominant in omega 6 fatty acids and low in omega 3 fatty acids. This is especially true in the case of the omage3’s EPA and DHA that can only be found in animal products, with the exception of algae. EPA and DHA can be synthesised from non-animal products such as flax, hemp, chlorella etc however the conversion process is either poor or non-existent.
How to use EPA-DHA 4VEG
For general health the American Heart Association recommends 1g daily of EPA and DHA combined, that is the equivalent of 4capsules.
If you are not vegan or vegetarian we do typically recommend a fish oil supplement instead because the potency is far superior and much more economical when dosing therapeutically. Also for more inflammatory conditions choosing an oil richer in EPA is typically recommend, again this is only found in fish oil supplements.
