Kristian Phillips


As former professional Rugby Player, Kristian has over 10 years’ experience at the highest level in sport. Over the course of his career, he has represented Ospreys, Scarlets, London Welsh, Bath Rugby and also Wales internationally. Being involved in many high-performance environments, Kristian has first-hand experience of the physical and psychological demands both on and off the pitch.

Having been fortunate enough to work closely with industry leading strength and conditioning coaches and physiotherapists, Kristian has overcome substantial long-term injuries throughout his career and in the process learned from their breadth of professional experience, giving him a comprehensive perspective and in depth understanding of fitness and rehabilitation as a whole.

Following a successful rugby career, Kristian has continued to follow his passion for fitness and uses his personal experience to inspire, motivate and educate others as a personal trainer. Working with high profile clients including A-List actors and International Sports stars, Kristian has built an excellent reputation for developing bespoke training programmes, tailored to each individual’s specific requirements.
