Giovana trained as a professional dancer/actress/singer in one of London’s top Dance & Musical Theatre Academy’s – The Urdang Academy.

Along with her BA, Giovana is a an ISTD qualified Dance Teacher as well as a Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer.

Giovana coaches individuals to reach their goals and aims to empower people to fulfil their full potential.

Giovana gained a passion for extreme sports such as Sky diving, Kick Boxing and Scuba diving and specialises as a Stretchologist in the StretchLAB, London.

Being in the performing industry for over 20 years, Giovana has knowledge on the impact the industry has on the body and ways to overcome it.
